DOUBLE POINTS AND A DROP RACE ARE COUNTERPRODUCTIVE

No they are not, shut up. Drop race accounts for the fact that you can’t make every race or dnf for some reason. Double Points make sure you don’t get complacent. I will be hacking into a NASA supercomputer to crunch the numbers following each race. It looks like we have a few close ones and the racing should be dramatic.

Don’t forget the intergalactic tandem comp! the winner(s) will get a crisp $100 bill…ok, so maybe it won’t be crisp…or it could be check, whatever.

The awards ceremony will be on the outside patio at Parkside Cafe from 2-2:30. Parkside is allowing us to bring kids onto the outside patio for this ceremony (they are awesome). They have heaters and a fire pit outside and will be serving muffaletta, santa fe and turkey wraps along with soups and dips. They have extended free beer for racers again as well.

I recieved such overwhelming praise for the course layout that I have decided to keep the same course, fair enough?

I will be showing the cat 3′s some love at the awards ceremony for sticking it out and getting the snot kicked out of them all year long (thanks guys). We (bamacross) were able to figure out a lot about who we (racers) are and where we should be headed.
